Medical

We provide medical coverage for both outpatient and inpatient treatment under a University-specified plan as well as the option for staff to cover their dependents on the same/lower medical plan at a subsidised premium. 

HealthChoice

Staff have the flexibility to claim for a range of wellness related expenses up to the credits in their Flexible Spending Accounts. These expenses includes staff’s dependents’ insurance premiums, health screening, dental care, fitness programmes, ergonomic accessories and recreation activities. 

Leave

Staff are entitled to annual leave depending on the level of appointment and length of service, as well as medical and/or hospitalisation leave per calendar year. Staff can also apply for other types of leave meant to support their family and work-life such as child-care, examination, marriage, maternity leave and others.

Insurance

Staff are provided with a 24-hour worldwide insurance cover against events such as death, permanent disablement and illness arising out of or in the course of employment.
